Key Account Manager

Are you an experienced Key Account Manager with a passion for renewable energy and a proven track record in selling PV solutions?

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in driving growth, strengthening client relationships, and expanding our presence in the solar energy market.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strategic, long-term, and trusting relationships with key accounts in the photovoltaics sector.
  • Serve as the main liaison between management and customers, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales and annual turnover targets.
  • Identify and seize opportunities to drive sales of new products within our growing portfolio.
  • Understand customer needs and deliver tailor-made solutions that maximize satisfaction and value.
  • Oversee key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and top-quality execution.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to optimize profitability while ensuring customer retention.
  • Provide management with accurate sales forecasts and market intelligence.


Your Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Key Account Management or Sales role, preferably within the photovoltaics / renewable energy industry.
  • Proven project management and negotiation skills.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills — a true relationship builder.
  • Aptitude in networking and developing long-term business partnerships.
  • Excellent time and project management skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet critical deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and persuasive presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of Romanian (min. C1) and English (min. B2).
  • Valid driving license (Group B) required.
