Have you ever dreamed of being a Roadshow truck board manager and driver! Do you like driving? Would you like to see exciting parts of Europe? In that case we have the dream job just for you!
And what is it all about? You would drive our Roadshow trucks through different parts of Central, Eastern and Northern Europe and take part in various exhibitions or presentations.
Our big roadshow across Europe begins now in springtime and ends before winter. So, how do you decide?
The ideal candidate would meet the following criteria:
At least B-class driving license
Experience with driving
Independence and flexibility
Good knowledge of English
Enthusiasm
We plan to visit following countries: Scandinavia, Baltics, Poland, Czech and Slovak Republic, Ukraine, Romania and Bulgaria. You don't have to go around all these countries with us, but for now you can choose which ones you would like to visit with our Roadshow truck. However, do not hesitate for a long time we're leaving soon.

Our team of more than 50 employees is active in 15 European countries, HQ in České Budějovice, Czech Republic and subsidiaries in Ukraine, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Georgia, Slovakia, Estonia and Denmark (Scandinavian).
Photomate Scandinavia started in March 2020 in Sønderborg with one employee, our Manager in Scandinavia. We have had a good start and our activities are expanding. Now we are looking for a new colleague in Sønderborg. Our mission is to become Scandinavia's leading supplier of photovoltaic systems and electrical energy storage systems.
Areas of responsibilities:
Back up local Manage
Communicate with our clients (e-mails, phone)
Sales and marketing, support, order status
Client update
Client support
Communication with other departments to be able to support clients.
Read / Proofread manuals and data sheets
Update company lists and overviews
Professional skills we expect from you:
Technical - trade vocational education knowledge of admin secretary or similar
Preferably few years of relevant administrative experience
Have a solid understanding of corporate processes and documents
You are an expert user in MS Office, Google G-Suite and CRM
You master Danish, Swedish, and English at a professional level
German language skills are an advantage
Writing and reporting skills, following instructions and procedures
Experience with Online Meetings is an advantage
Flexibility and a sense of humor
Confidentiality and trust are key characteristics required for this role
Be focus driven and detail oriented
Driving license
We expect a problem solving, pleasant and fair person who will appreciate the same approach from our team members.
You work location will be in Sønderborg, and you will work in close collaboration with the Scandinavian Manager as well as external colleagues in different countries with various backgrounds. You must be good at communicating and building relations. You have an eye for details, are passionate about administrative tasks, and are good at keeping an overview, while juggling between various tasks. It is also essential that you have good structural skills.
