Sales Support Specialist

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our team in our Kyiv office and support the growth of solar energy solutions across Ukraine. At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
What will you do?
- Assist the sales team in crafting commercial offers, technical proposals, and client-ready presentations
- Coordinate internal processes for orders, delivery timelines, and cross-department documentation flow
- Keep our CRM accurate and up to date with client and project information
- Ensure client enquiries are addressed promptly and professionally
- Help organize webinars, client trainings, sales campaigns, and industry events
- Track sales KPIs, customer engagement, and project progress for internal reporting
- Collaborate closely with technical, logistics, and finance teams to meet client expectations and deadlines
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy, Business Administration, or similar
- 2–3 years of experience in a sales support role within the solar or clean tech sector
- Solid understanding of PV systems and components (inverters, panels, batteries)
- Detail-oriented multitasker with strong organizational skills
- Clear and professional communicator—written and verbal
- Knowledge of MS Office 365 and CRM tools
- Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
- Fluent in Ukrainian (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
