Key Account Manager
Join our team as a Key Account Manager and become a strategic partner to our most valued clients. In this role, you will drive customer success by delivering tailored solutions that create real value. You’ll take ownership of a trusted portfolio of clients, lead bold initiatives to expand market share, and play a key role in forecasting and guiding business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts
- Respond to customer inquiries and prepare offers, quotes, and documentation
- Participate in client meetings and maintain strong business relationships
- Enter and manage orders in the internal system
- Prepare and negotiate contracts in collaboration with legal and procurement teams
- Coordinate logistics, pricing, and delivery timelines
- Support marketing and promotional activities, including trade shows
- Prepare monthly sales forecasts and analyse market data
- Collaborate with internal teams across departments and regions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in sales and the industry would be an advantage.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in both Lithuanian and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid driving license (B)
