Financial Controller (Senior)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Financial Controller to join our team in České Budějovice, who will contribute to the management and optimisation of financial processes across our holding. We're seeking an analytically minded professional with a deep understanding of finance, reporting, and modern data tools.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Preparing financial plans for companies within the holding

• Monitoring and evaluating variances between plan and actual performance across subsidiaries and departments

• Creating financial reports for management using SAP and Power BI

• Setting up and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Communicating with accounting departments of international subsidiaries

• Supporting the implementation of accounting systems for foreign branches into SAP

What do we expect from you?

• At least 5 years of experience in finance or controlling

• Analytical thinking and strong data-handling skills

• Knowledge of accounting and financial standards

• Ability to communicate effectively and work well in a team

• Strong proficiency in Power BI (including programming, reporting, and analysis)

• Czech language at C2 level and English at B2 level or higher

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365

• SAP knowledge is an advantage
