Technical Support Engineer
We are currently searching for a friendly and positive Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Plovdiv, Bulgaria. As distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems and charging stations for electric vehicles in Scandinavia, Central, Eastern Europe, and Central Asia, we need someone with at least one year experience in either electrical field, solar PV industry and/or energy storage systems.
As our Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing HW/SW support to our customers, installers and distrubutors in Bulgaria. Your main duties will include handling service requests, troubleshooting product issues, facilitating warranty issues and offering technical details to support sales.
You should be:

- able to communicate effectively in English (min. B2 level)
Additionally, degree in electrical engineering /electronics/power engineering or similar and Group 5 Safety Certificate, proficiency in MS Office, basic knowledge about PV, EV industry and products, positive attitude towards customers, valid driving license (group B). An advantage would be knowledge of PVsyst.
We require at least 1 year of experience in technical or PV field.
