Technical Support Engineer
PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, EV charging stations, and heat pumps across Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
We are currently looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer technical requests and providing technical support
- Commissioning of Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Maintenance and servicing of complex energy solutions
We Are Looking For Someone Who Is:
- Positive and customer-oriented
- Tolerant and cooperative
- Willing to work and continuously develop their skills
- Ready to occasionally handle stressful situations
- Willing to travel for work when necessary
- Fluent in Ukrainian and able to communicate in English (min. B1)
Requirements:
- 1 year experience in a technical field related to energy systems or electrical engineering
- Electrician certificate (Group 3 or higher) is a plus
