Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for renewable energy? We’re on the lookout for a friendly, proactive, and positive Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Tashkent, Uzbekistan!
At PHOTOMATE we are a provider of comprehensive solutions in the field of renewable energy, distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, charging stations for e-vehicles, and heat pumps in Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to expert for customers, installers, and distributors—helping them troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
- Handle service requests, warranty claims, and technical inquiries with confidence.
- Support sales with your in-depth knowledge of solar PV, energy storage, and electrical systems.
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-3 years of experience in electrical engineering, solar PV, or energy storage.
- A natural problem-solver who loves tackling technical challenges.
- A team player with a positive attitude towards customers.
- Fluent in Uzbek & Russian (C1+ level), and English (B1+ level).
- Degree in Electrical Engineering / Electronics / Power Engineering (or similar).
- Hands-on experience with MS 365, PVSyst, and a basic understanding of PV & EV products.
- Group 5 Safety Certificate & valid driving license (Group B).
