About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Service Engineer to support the Head of Service in daily operations of our Service Department.
This is a field-focused position, where your main responsibility will be attending sites and performing commissioning of C&I and Utility-scale PV and BESS systems. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest technical standards.
Your responsibilities:
- Support the Head of Service in daily technical service activities
- Travel to project sites and perform commissioning of PV and BESS systems
- Test, inspect, and troubleshoot electrical and energy systems
- Ensure systems operate according to specifications and safety standards
- Prepare commissioning reports and technical documentation
- Communicate with internal teams and on-site stakeholders
What are we looking for?
- Technical background in electrical engineering, energy, automation, or similar
- Knowledge of electricity, energy systems, and renewable energy technologies (PV, BESS)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Good time management and ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site
- Driving license (B)
- Bulgarian – C2 level (fluent/native proficiency)
- English – B2 level (professional working proficiency)
Nice to have:
- Experience in commissioning or field service
- Background in renewable energy or energy industry
- Basic knowledge of automation and control systems
