Solutions Manager

We are currently searching for a friendly and motivated Solutions Manager to join our team in Czech Republic.

PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive renewable energy solutions and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, EV charging stations, and heat pumps across Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

Our company is growing and expanding! With over 240 employees, we are now looking for a highly technical professional who understands photovoltaics. What Will You Do at PHOTOMATE?

Develop and manage complex solar and photovoltaic projects from the initial concept to full implementation. These are large-scale projects like logistics centers and solar parks – not small residential installations.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify customer needs and design tailored solutions. If you love photovoltaics and enjoy creating technical designs and strategies, this is the role for you.
Maintain direct contact with clients during both the design and construction phases.
Ensure that clients fully understand the technical design and integration of different technologies.
Provide technical support and consulting during the pre-implementation phase.
Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

What Do You Need?

Technical education in electrical engineering or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in renewable energy (OZE).
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
Strong communication skills to work effectively with clients and teams.
Genuine passion for renewable energy and a proactive approach.
Proficiency in MS 365.
Knowledge of English (min. B2 level) and Czech (min. C1)
Valid driving license (B)

Nice to Have:

Previous experience designing large-scale technological projects (e.g., involving inverters, battery storage systems, transformer stations, etc.).
