Sales Manager
We’re seeking a driven Sales Manager with proven experience in solar PV and energy storage to seize new opportunities, expand market share, and deliver results. What Will You Do?
- Analyse customer needs and deliver optimised renewable energy solutions.
- Expand market share by developing new partnerships and entering new markets.
- Lead the full sales cycle: from negotiations and contract management to closing deals.
- Oversee forecasting, demand planning, and sales cost optimisation.
- Communicate with clients and coordinate with logistics and sales support (including invoicing and payments).
- Provide clear reporting and effective problem solving.
- Work with ERP tools and manage processes with precision.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience in solar PV and/or energy storage systems (minimum 2 years).
- At least 3 years of sales experience with a strong track record.
- Technical background combined with business acumen.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Bulgarian (min. C2) and English (min. C1)
- Valid driving license group B and willingness to travel.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
