Administrative Support Assistant
We are looking for a motivated Administrative Support Assistant to help us manage our growing workload.
What Will You Do?
Your main responsibility will be to support the smooth operation of our service team:
- Organising and coordinating service visits
- Preparing and handling reports
- Managing signing of required paperwork with customers (excluding crucial documents)
- Managing the team calendar and optimizing visit schedules
- Supporting internal organisation for service activities
- Assisting with facility management for the service team
- Handling travel arrangements (hotel bookings, tickets, petrol usage, etc.)
What Are We Looking For?
- No prior experience required — we are open to someone starting fresh (“a blank page”)
- Strong motivation, precision, and attention to detail
- Good organizational skills and willingness to learn
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Fluency in Ukrainian (min. C2) and English (min. B2)
