At Photomate, we're looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to strengthen our presence in the Ukrainian market and support our business growth in the energy technology sector.

What will you be responsible for?
- Develop and implement local marketing plans aligned with business objectives and the Ukrainian market.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate B2B leads, and strengthen partner engagement.
- Create engaging content and campaign concepts for social media, digital advertising, our website, and promotional activities.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze market trends and competitors, and optimize marketing activities.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams, creative agencies, and external marketing partners.
- Coordinate marketing activities for exhibitions, partner events, webinars, and technical training sessions.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of practical marketing experience, preferably in B2B or digital marketing.
- Good understanding of the Ukrainian market, target audiences, and local advertising channels.
- Hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media, content marketing, and web analytics.
- Ability to plan and execute marketing activities independently and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Creative thinking, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
- Fluent Ukrainian and strong written and spoken English.
Experience in energy, renewable technologies, or technical B2B marketing is an advantage, but not a requirement.
