Key Account Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our most valuable client relationships.

The Key Account Manager will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, driving revenue growth, and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires strong relationship management, negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of customer needs to deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, including upselling and cross-selling products/services.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to meet client and business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to deliver customised solutions.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to drive business strategies.
  • Monitor key account performance, track KPIs, and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Experience in the renewable energy sector with a solid understanding of industry trends and technologies.
  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to read and interpret manuals, datasheets, and other technical documents.
  • Experience product presentations and effectively communicating brand/product advantages and benefits.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Ukraine and internationally, with a monthly travel commitment exceeding 25%.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365
  • Fluent in Ukrainian (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
  • Driver's license (B)
