We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented AI Operator to support the operation and development of AI-driven processes within our company. This role is ideal for candidates interested in artificial intelligence, automation, and digital technologies, with a clear development path toward AI Engineer and AI Architect positions.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor AI workflows and AI-based tools
- Prepare, clean, and maintain datasets for AI processing
- Support testing, evaluation, and operation of AI models
- Assist with AI integrations into business workflows and internal systems
- Help automate internal processes using AI tools and scripting
- Support AI agents and process pipelines
- Maintain documentation related to AI operations
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of AI, LLMs, and AI agents
- Ability to work with structured and unstructured data
- Basic scripting or technical skills
- Czech language at minimum B2 level
- Fluent English communication skills
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and grow in the AI field
- Team-oriented and proactive mindset
