Business Development Manager
Are you a results-driven professional with a passion for renewable energy? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and positive Business Development Manager to lead our growth across Central Asia.
In this role, you will drive business expansion within the Central Asian market—identifying new opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting the growth of our product portfolio in a fast-evolving energy landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse market demand across Central Asian countries and evaluate data to identify business opportunities and economic potential
Develop and implement new business models, including expanding and upgrading the product portfolio
Lead product development initiatives, particularly in areas such as PV systems, BESS, EV charging infrastructure, and hydrogen solutions
Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams across different countries
Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
Collect, analyse, and present data to support strategic decision-making
Prepare regular reports, track progress, identify risks, and propose solutions
Requirements:
Experience & Background
3–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or product development
At least 3 years of experience in the energy sector
Experience in project development is an advantage
University degree in electrical engineering, power engineering, electronics, or a related technical field
Strong technical understanding of energy systems
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Strategic thinking with a proactive and analytical mindset
Leadership, coaching, and organisational skills
Business acumen and data analysis capabilities
Time management and ability to work independently
Valid driving licence and willingness to travel
Technical Skills
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems
Familiarity with ERP systems and AI tools is an advantage
Uzbek and Russian language proficiency (min. C2)
English language proficiency (min. B1)
