Sales Support Specialist
Are you an experienced Sales Support professional who enjoys working with customers, coordinating orders, and keeping things running smoothly?
At PHOTOMATE, we are looking for a proactive and well-organized Sales Support Specialist to join our team in Tbilisi. You will be an important link between our customers, sales representatives, and internal departments, helping us deliver reliable solutions and excellent customer service.
Your role at PHOTOMATE:
- Prepare commercial offers and provide information on pricing, product availability, and delivery times.
- Communicate with customers, respond to inquiries, and follow up on quotations and orders.
- Process customer orders and coordinate sales documentation, shipments, and deliveries.
- Cooperate with sales, logistics, finance, and technical teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate customer, quotation, and order records in CRM and SAP systems.
- Monitor outstanding payments and prepare regular sales reports.
What we're looking for:
- At least 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Sales Administration, or a similar role, preferably in renewable energy, technical products, or a related industry.
- Fluent Georgian and English at B2 level or higher.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems; SAP S/4HANA is an advantage.
- A proactive, reliable, and customer-oriented approach.
