Technical Support Engineer
Are you an experienced engineer with a passion for renewable energy and at least 2 years of hands-on experience in a technical field? We are looking for a technically skilled professional who enjoys solving complex problems, working with modern technologies, and supporting customers to join our team in Kaunas.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Commission solar inverters and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS)
- Provide technical support for PV systems, BESS, and EV chargers (remote & on-site)
- Troubleshoot products and handle warranty replacements
- Deliver solution application consulting
- Collaborate closely with the Sales team (trainings, meetings, exhibitions, presentations)
- Prepare technical documentation for tender applications
- Perform technical analysis and advise clients on optimal PV plant configurations
Your Profile:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in electrical engineering, solar energy, IT, or a related field
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Power Engineering, or similar
Nice to Have:
- Certifications in electrical safety, measurements, and installation, including compliance with local regulations for work on electrical grids and appliances
- Solid understanding of PV systems, solar inverters, and/or battery energy storage solutions (BESS)
