Technical Support Engineer
We are currently searching for a friendly and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Czech Republic.
PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive renewable energy solutions and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, EV charging stations, and heat pumps across Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.
What Will You Do?
- Provide technical support for customers in both hardware and software related to PV systems, BESS, and EV chargers.
- Communicate with clients, troubleshoot their issues, and find solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, especially with sales representatives and other technical specialists at PHOTOMATE.
What Skills and Knowledge Do You Need?
- Ability to read and create technical documentation.
- Proficiency in MS 365.
- Good English skills (min. B1) and Czech (min. C1)
- Valid driver’s license (Category B).
Bonus Points If You Have:
- 2 years of experience in the industry.
