Technical Support Engineer

We are currently searching for a friendly and motivated Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Czech Republic.

PHOTOMATE is a provider of comprehensive renewable energy solutions and a distributor of solar inverters, battery storage systems, EV charging stations, and heat pumps across Central & Eastern Europe, Scandinavia, and Central Asia.

What Will You Do?

Provide technical support for customers in both hardware and software related to PV systems, BESS, and EV chargers.
Communicate with clients, troubleshoot their issues, and find solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams, especially with sales representatives and other technical specialists at PHOTOMATE.

What Skills and Knowledge Do You Need?

Ability to read and create technical documentation.
Proficiency in MS 365.
Good English skills (min. B1) and Czech (min. C1)
Valid driver’s license (Category B).

Bonus Points If You Have:

2 years of experience in the industry.
