Solutions Manager

We are looking for a Solution Manager responsible for analysing customer needs and delivering optimised technical solutions, with a strong focus on solar inverter technologies.
You will play a key role in building market share by supporting business expansion, developing partnerships, and entering new markets. The role combines technical expertise, market analysis, and close collaboration with sales teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform market analysis and suggest the sales strategy and product roadmap
- Product planning, including analysis of technical demand, product functions, and licensing
- Analyse development trends in the solar inverter market
- Perform technical solution verification with customers and optimise solutions to ensure a leading edge
- Deliver technical training for customers
- Support project bidding by preparing technical proposals
- Maintain close co-operation with the Sales department (trainings, meetings, exhibitions, presentations)
Your Profile:
You are analytical, technically skilled, and customer-oriented. You enjoy translating technical requirements into practical solutions and communicating them clearly to customers and colleagues.
We expect that you:
- Have at least 2 years of experience in a technical sales or similar role in the solar energy industry (inverter sales or EPC background preferred)
- Have solid knowledge of solar inverter technology and photovoltaic systems
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Are confident in presentations and customer communication
- Are fluent in Finnish and English
- Are a proactive and effective team player
- Have good time management and organisational skills
- Are proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD
- Hold a valid driving license
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Photovoltaics, Renewable Energy, or a related field
