Service Manager - Nordics
We are looking for a results-driven Regional Service Manager to lead and grow our technical service operations across the Nordics. This role combines team leadership, business development, and operational management, with a focus on delivering high-quality, integrated service solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop regional technical teams (field service & hotline)
- Build and manage subcontractor/service partner networks
- Expand service portfolio (O&M, repairs, energy, renewables, EV charging)
- Collaborate with sales on integrated product + service offers
- Manage vendor partnerships (CSP/ASP programs)
- Support marketing and participate in industry events
- Implement and maintain quality standards and processes
- Provide technical support to key accounts
- Manage regional budget and performance
- Oversee recruitment, training, and team development
- Deliver regular performance and financial reports
Requirements:
- 3–5+ years in technical/service management (energy or related preferred)
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Commercial mindset with negotiation experience
- Technical background (engineering degree required; PV/EV knowledge a plus)
- Experience with budgeting, quality processes, and performance management
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Fluent English; additional Nordic languages are an advantage
