As the Country Manager you will be responsible for driving business success in Sweden and Finland through strategic leadership, effective sales management, and strong relationship building.
The role involves overseeing all company activities in various fields, representing the company in the local market and to partners, suppliers and authorities, developing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, leading and coaching the local team, and ensuring collaboration between departments and subcontractors.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all company activities across financial, administrative, sales, and technical field.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local representatives of our suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement through reporting, problem-solving, and process optimisation.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the local market.
Conduct market analysis, identifying sales potential, new channels, and key local players.
Lead, develop, and coach the local team, fostering growth and self-improvement.
Manage and oversee major sales projects from inception to completion.
Ensure close collaboration between departments, local teams, and subcontractors.

Qualifications and requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
- Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
- Knowledge of PV/BESS market in Scandinavia.
- Proven experience in a senior management role.
- Strong leadership, financial, and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Language skills English min. C1 Swedish min. C1
