Key Account Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Key Account Manager for Utility/ Projects to join our team and help us manage and grow our key client relationships.
Your Role:
As our Key Account Manager, you will be the face of our company to our most valued clients. You will leverage your sales acumen, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge to ensure our clients receive unparalleled service and support. Your mission is to drive business growth and cement our position as a leader in the PV market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, execute strategic account plans, and achieve sales targets.
- Technical Expertise: Provide clients with in-depth knowledge of our PV products, offering technical support and advice.
- Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and implementation of PV projects, overseeing their progress to meet client specifications.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and facilitating renewals.
- Reporting and Analysis: Monitor account performance, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Customer Service: Address client concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in a Key Account Manager or similar role, preferably in the photovoltaics or renewable energy sector.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills, Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
- Technical knowledge of photovoltaic products and services.
- Strong project management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
- Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid driving license (B)
