Channel Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Channel Manager to join our team and help us expand our market reach through effective partner management and strategic planning.
Your Role:
As our Channel Manager, you will be at the heart of our growth strategy, responsible for developing, managing, and optimising our network of channel partners. Your mission is to drive revenue growth, enhance partner relationships, and ensure our partners have the tools and support they need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Channel Strategy Development: Craft and execute a comprehensive channel strategy to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Partner Recruitment and Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, providing them with the training and resources they need.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with channel partners, serving as their primary point of contact.
- Sales and Performance Management: Set sales targets, monitor partner performance, and develop incentive programs to drive success.
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the marketing team to create co-marketing programs and provide partners with promotional materials.
- Training and Support: Conduct regular training sessions and offer ongoing technical and sales support to partners.
- Market Analysis and Feedback: Conduct market research, gather partner feedback, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance indicators, analysing data to identify areas for improvement.
- Budget Management: Manage the budget for channel development and support activities, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure partners comply with company policies and industry regulations, identifying and mitigating risks.
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years experience in sales.
- Strong strategic planning and sales skills.
- Excellent relationship management and communication abilities.
- Experience with partner recruitment, onboarding, and training.
- Ability to analyse data and derive actionable insights.
- Familiarity with market trends and competitive dynamics.
- Passion for innovation and driving business growth.
- Proficiency in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
- Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid driving license (B)
