Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis and Strategy Development:
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand our market presence.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify, engage, and secure new clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients and partners.
- Project Development and Management:
- Identify potential projects and assess their feasibility.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute projects.
- Ensure projects meet regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Financial Planning and Budget Management:
- Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, and forecasts.
- Prepare budgets and manage project finances to ensure profitability.
- Identify and secure funding sources for projects.
- Marketing and Promotion:
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Regulatory and Compliance:
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure all activities comply with relevant laws.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies and industry associations.
- Innovation and Product Development:
- Collaborate with the R&D team to develop innovative renewable energy solutions.
- Integrate the latest technological advancements into business strategies.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Foster a collaborative environment across departments to achieve business goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Proven 3-5 year’s experience in business development within the renewable energy sector.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret market data and financial reports.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, proficiency in both Polish and English (minimum C1 level) is required.
- Strong project management abilities and experience overseeing complex projects.
- Financial acumen with knowledge of budgeting and funding mechanisms.
- Understanding of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
- Leadership skills with experience in team management and mentoring.
- Additionally, proficiency in MS Office 365 and a valid driving license (B)
